These are the most popular slim vape pens on the market. These vape batteries are 280mah and are perfectly suitable for vape oils that you will find in 0.5ml and 1ml cartridges. These vape pens are automatic which means you do not have to push a button to make the device operate. It works by suction. As you start to puff off of the device the battery will instantly kick on and will last for about 7 seconds. The key is to take a consistent drawn-out puff for optimal results. Quick, strong puffs will lead to a decrease of cloud vapor.
This particular vape kit comes with a 280mah vape battery, a USB charger, and a white box (NO CARTRIDGE). These batteries are good for 300+ charge cycles. This battery should last between 1/2 day to 1 full day depending upon usage. USB charger plugs into any standard smartphone charger or laptop.

Warning: These are the perfect voltage and ohms for the smaller 0.5ml and 1ml vape oil cartridges. If you use a larger battery, or box mod you can easily fry out the tiny coil inside the smaller cartridges. Once that happens, you will no longer produce large cloud vapor, and you will experience a burnt taste. The 280mah batteries are optimal for the smaller cartridges because they aren't overpowered.
Note: You may have to charge this unit 2-3 hours before using it, not all batteries come pre-charged. In the event your battery comes charged, continue to use it until the battery is depleted. You will know when the battery is depleted when it blinks 3 times.

If you purchased a product by accident and meant to purchase a different product, you will have to pay the shipping cost to return the product to us and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We will refund your money minus the 20% restocking fee once we receive the returned items. Defective Cartridges? If you receive a bad batch which rarely happens, you can ship the bad cartridges back to us and we will ship out the replacements. You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will provide you with a store credit (or throw in some extra cartridges) for the return shipping amount. Once we receive your return we will ship out the new replacement order. If you are in a rush, you can purchase a new order (which we will ship out right away) and when we receive your returned order we will refund your credit card. We cannot accept returns on cartridges that have been used or previously filled with liquid. Please do not send any cartridges through the mail that have previously been filled or contain trace amounts of residue.
WARNING: It is very IMPORTANT to ONLY fill a handful of random cartridges and once they are filled you will want to plug them with the oil plug right away, put the mouthpiece on, and turn them upside down and rest them on the mouthpiece for 12 hours or longer. This allows the pressure that is built up inside the cartridge to exit out the 510 thread area, pointing toward the sky and not pointing down. If the thread is pointed down after filling and plugging the cartridge, the pressure will be forced downward through the oil causing the oil to push out through the bottom of the 510 thread. After 12 hours most of the pressure has exited and it is safe to store the cartridges in the upright position (510 thread pointed down, mouthpiece pointed up). Remember an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. You don't want to fill a bunch of cartridges at once and find out they are defective. Fill 5-10 vape cartridges and follow the instructions above. After 12 hours, check the product for leaks or other issues. If it passes visual inspection, then hook it up to a battery and confirm that the cartridge fires properly and ultimately works. Once you realize everything is good and you have no issues with the product, then it is safe to fill all of the units. We really care about our customers and we don't want them to lose money in any way, shape, or form, which is why we are so adamant about preventing problems from the beginning. We will refund any defective cartridges as long as they are empty, so if you experience any problems right off the bat, stop what you are doing and please contact us right away so we can amend the issue. SHIPPING POLICY: Although this is pretty much common sense, we feel the need to elaborate. We are not UPS, FED-EX, or USPS. Which means... We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. Would you like to insure your package? Please read below. We pack shipments very carefully ensuring little wiggle room to ensure your package has the best chance of arriving in top condition, however we have no control over the shipping company handling your package(s). We provide our customers with tracking numbers for every order we ship, however the date of arrival is an estimated date and could get there before or after the estimated date, again we have no control over this. If you are worried you may not be around to accept the delivery (and don't trust having your package left outdoors) you can track the package as often as you like to find the status of its current location. Plus, you can call your local post office and have them hold the package so its not delivered in case your not around. Want further protection? Ask for signed delivery, which requires a signature to receive your order. Or ask us about insurance. We can provide insurance on orders valued over $100. Insurance starts at $5.00 plus $2 for every $100 declared value. Example: A $500 order would cost $5.00 plus $10 ($2 x 5) or $15.00 total. If you DO NOT pay for insurance to insure your package, we are not responsible for ANYTHING that happens to the package once we drop it off with the carrier and your tracking number is issued. Once we ship your package, we will provide you with tracking information and you will be able to locate your package anytime you want. Depending on how your package was shipped, you can call your post office or local UPS/FEDEX to set up additional arrangements with them. If your package is really important to you (which we believe it is) we recommend checking the tracking multiple times per day as things could change at any minute. Your package could be delivered earlier or later than expected which is why its always good to stay updated throughout the day for any changes that may occur.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING? Call us at (708) 557-4357 for a quote. We will need your zip code and an estimate weight of your order. Keep in mind, not every city is guaranteed overnight mail. We use USPS for overnight as they are about 50-100% cheaper than UPS and FEDEX overnight, but some rural areas or towns that are further away from major cities might not receive USPS overnight mail, they call it 2nd day guaranteed. However, if you live in a rural area where USPS overnight is really 2 day guaranteed but you need your package in 1 day not 2 days, we have the option to send it guaranteed overnight UPS or FEDEX but again, it will be much more expensive than going USPS overnight express. We do not cover overnight shipping costs but we provide it as an option for the convenience of our customers.
